12V Deep Cycle Battery Model
Advantages of Our 12V Deep Cycle Battery

This deep cycle battery 12v is made to run tough and last long. Whether you’re off the grid for days or powering multiple heavy-duty devices, it keeps your essential gear running steady without a hitch.

Standard 12V voltage design, seamlessly compatible with marine, RVs, boats, UPS, and solar energy storage systems.

Built-in BMS, supports overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and temperature protection; The battery cells have passed UL and IEC tests and are CE and RoHS certified.

The monthly self-discharge rate is less than 3%, reducing the number of equalization charges and maintenance, and the service life is twice that of ordinary lead-acid AGM batteries.

Deep-cycle design withstands frequent charge/discharge cycles and maintains stable output even after deep discharge.

Maintenance-free sealed lead-acid (AGM/GEL) or lithium-ion deep cycle batteries, no need for regular watering or complex maintenance, high reliability.

You can pick a metal or plastic housing depending on where the battery will be used. It also works with different interfaces and communication protocols, like CAN or RS485, so it can slot right into your existing equipment without extra hassle.

Supports multi-angle installation for compact spaces; optional smart charger for plug-and-play power solutions.
Superior Performance with 100% Deep Cycle Over 2500 Cycles of Life
Unlike traditional lead-acid batteries and gel batteries, lifepo4 batteries can maintain 100% deep cycle capability for over 2500 cycles and 80% deep cycle capability over 6000 cycles at room temp with 0.2C discharge rate. This excellent capability of deep cycling makes them the perfect power source for emergency lights, medical emergency equipment , outdoor power backups and UPS systems.Beyond these special usage, normally 80% deep cycle are highly recommended for longer cycle life and better performance.
The lifespan depends on how it is used. If used at 80% depth of discharge (DOD), our lithium iron phosphate batteries can typically cycle more than 6,000 times, which is approximately 5-10 times the lifespan of ordinary lead-acid batteries.
Our 12V deep cycle batteries carry certifications including CE, RoHS, UN38.3, CB (IEC62133), UL, BIS, PSE, KC, REACH, and CQC (GB 31241), making them fully compliant with global safety and environmental requirements.
Yes. Our 12V LiFePO₄ deep cycle batteries can directly replace most lead-acid batteries. They are lighter, maintenance-free, and do not lose significant capacity after deep discharge, making them ideal for upgrades and replacements.
It is recommended to use a charger that is compatible with the battery type. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are suitable for use with lithium-specific chargers or solar controllers with a lithium mode. Avoid using lead-acid chargers with a desulfurization mode to prevent overcharging or damage to the battery.
Yes. Our 12V deep cycle batteries are designed with safety in mind. Each unit comes with a built‑in Battery Management System (BMS) to protect against overcharge, over‑discharge, and short circuits. They’ve also passed key certifications like CB (IEC 62133), UN38.3, and CE. In real‑world terms, that means you can use them with confidence in solar storage setups, RVs, or even on boats without worrying about reliability or safety.
Deep cycle batteries are designed for long-term stable power supply and repeated deep discharge, with a cycle life far higher than that of ordinary lead-acid or consumer lithium batteries.
Lead-acid batteries are more suitable for short-term high-current starts, while our deep cycle batteries are more durable, maintenance-free, and can withstand higher cycle counts in applications such as solar energy storage, RVs, UPS, and marine vessels.
On an 80% depth of discharge, these LiFePO₄ batteries usually last well over 2,000 cycles. To put it simply, that’s five to ten times longer than a regular lead‑acid battery, so you won’t be swapping batteries nearly as often.
There will be some impact. Although full depth discharge can be used, it will slightly shorten the service life. To achieve the best service life, we recommend operating at around 80% depth discharge.
It works from about ‑20°C up to 60°C, so it handles most conditions just fine. Cold weather will cut down the capacity a bit, which is normal for any battery. If you plan to run it in extreme heat or freezing temps for long periods, adding a small heater or cooling setup is a smart move to keep performance and lifespan steady.
Keep the battery indoors in a clean, dry spot with good airflow. The ideal temperature is around 20°C to 30°C for long-term storage.
The battery will slowly self‑discharge when idle, so recharge it every 3–6 months and keep the voltage between 12.6V and 13.4V (around 50% capacity) to prevent over‑discharge.
Keep the battery out of hot areas and away from direct sunlight to protect it from high temperatures.
Standard models of large energy storage batteries come with a 2-year warranty. If you have special requirements, we can provide an extended warranty of up to 10 years, but the price will need to be re-evaluated.
Yes, we can customize the housing, connectors, and communication options for bigger projects.
Metal housings are usually the choice for tougher jobs—think e‑bikes with 2 to 4 wheels, UPS units, or energy storage setups where there’s vibration or extra weight. These enclosures can handle dust and water well, often rated around IP54 or higher, so they hold up in harsher conditions.
Plastic housings are lighter and naturally resist corrosion, which makes them a good fit for solar storage, RV backup power, or starter battery applications where the environment is gentler.
For connections, we support several high‑current power options. Communication can run over CAN (internal or external BMS), RS232, or RS485, which lets you monitor the battery in real time and spot issues early. Large‑order builds can be tuned to match your setup so everything works smoothly together.
If you’re planning something unusual or have special requirements, just let us know—we can help you figure out the right configuration.
Yes, you can ship these batteries by air, but you’ll need to follow the IATA Class 9 rules for dangerous goods.
For batteries over 100Wh, the packaging has to pass UN38.3 testing and certification for hazardous materials. Inside the box, foam padding keeps the battery from moving around, and the outer carton must show the UN label, the Class 9 hazard sign, and clear product info.
If you’re shipping on pallets, make sure the packages are secured with corner protectors, straps, and stretch wrap. Also, include the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with the shipment.
Keep in mind, air shipping is only allowed on cargo planes (CAO). It’s a good idea to double-check with the airline before you send anything.
We handle packaging and paperwork according to international standards so your batteries arrive safely and meet all shipping rules.
