Each cell is automatically sorted in voltage,internal resistance and capacity to minimum tolerance to ensure stable performance of total pack. To make low resistance and well connection,the nickel strips are spot-welded onto the terminal. The BMS insulation paper, fiberglass sheets and heat-shrink are strictly applied to consolidate the structure.
