Shipment Standard for 32800 3.2V 8Ah LiFePO4 Cell

– Cell insulation: blue PVC film and PET white surface pad insulation protection.
– Standard packing options:
– 40 pcs per small box, 3 small boxes per carton, 40-48 cartons per pallet.
– Or 25 pcs per small box, 4 small boxes per carton, 50-100 cartons per pallet.
– Pallet protection: four sides wrapped with stretch film, corner protectors added, and straps fixed at each corner.
– Recommended shipping SOC: 5%-30% SOC to reduce risk from short circuit or liquid damage during transportation.
– Storage condition: keep cells in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse at 0°C-45°C.
– Handling requirement: avoid dropping, overturning, or heavy stacking during loading and unloading.
