Position 1: Battery Sales Engineer
Work place: Huizhou City
Salary: RMB 10K-30K Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of lithium batteries by executing the sales strategy, new battery technology, and ensuring steady business growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to provide technical support and resolve battery cell issues.
- Follow up the customers continuously for the problem solution and propose improvement.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for technical solution and improvement implement in whole production process.
- Actively participate in battery industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to gather market insights and provide timely feedback to the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electronics, Marketing, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of lithium battery and pack sales experience; prior experience with smart security, electronic components, digital electronics, medical devices, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong passion for sales and business development, with a self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent comprehension, communication, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Position 2: Battery Cell Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new battery cell projects and systems from concept to implementation.
- Gather customer requirements and formulate detailed project proposals for battery cell production.
- Define project design parameters and create comprehensive process documentation.
- Plan and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Organize and manage review processes during the pilot production phase.
- Analyze production issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement improvements to enhance yield rates.
- Optimize production processes during mass production and update relevant process documentation.
- Develop solutions and maintain technical reserves for critical battery cell-related challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lithium battery cell design and development.
- Proficient in lithium cell development processes and experienced with data analysis tools.
- Familiar with characteristics of various positive and negative electrode materials and lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes.
- Skilled in problem-solving and analytical methods including 5W analysis, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software; experienced in CAD, ProE, or similar design software.
- Resilient, eager to learn, with strong critical thinking and effective summarization skills.
Position 3: PCB Engineer
Work place: Jiangmen City
Salary: RMB 10K-30K Monthly
Responsibilities
1.Develop lithium battery PCB protection board designs, carry out PCB layouts, debug prototypes, and prepare detailed product specifications.
2.Work closely with structural and software engineers to assess new projects and ensure design feasibility.
3.Collaborate with software engineers to test, refine, and enhance hardware solutions.
4.Analyze hardware issues encountered during product development and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Communications, Automation, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics engineering.
- Experienced in lithium battery PCB protection board design, skilled in low-power circuit development; prior experience in BMS design for lithium batteries is a plus.
- Solid understanding of lithium battery charge-discharge behavior, EMC compliance standards, and relevant safety certification requirements.
- Proficient in selecting electronic components and capable of independently designing hardware schemes to meet customer specifications.
- Skilled in using standard EDA tools for schematic design and PCB layout.
- Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits, with practical knowledge of microcontroller peripheral circuit design.
- Detail-oriented, dedicated, and proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to dynamic project assignments.
Position 4: Battery Sales Assistant
Work place: Shenzhen City
Salary: RMB 8K-20K Monthly
Responsibilities
- Manage project product shipments and returns, coordinating with the logistics department to ensure smooth delivery to customers through both online and offline processes.
- Oversee order delivery schedules, ensuring timely execution of shipments and proper receipt of orders.
- Handle in-transit goods and invoicing, issuing invoices according to contract agreements, and identifying and following up on invoicing anomalies or risks.
- Manage accounts receivable by tracking collections, identifying overdue payments, and reporting causes for delays.
- Monitor inventory, identify high-risk or stagnant stock, provide solutions, and ensure timely implementation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management, including drafting and editing reports and relevant documents.
Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, proactive, and diligent, with excellent teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong communication and verbal expression skills; experience in order processing is a plus.
- Proficient in office software such as Word; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
