Strict battery performance tests
Strict battery performance tests are conducted in terms of thermal shock experiments, short-circuit experiments, and cyclic capacity tests to ensure the excellent performance of each lot. All of our battery safety and reliability are in line with the UL, IEC, and CB test standards. Our own test lab has a temperature cabinet to test the battery performance under -40°C to 85°C. Furthermore, our professional engineers will also conduct the discharge rate tests as per the customer’s requirements. For customers’ convenience, we can conduct all the battery tests exactly as their device requires.

Thermal shock experiments
To evaluate the battery structural stability,the battery will be cycled between 85°C high temperature and -40°Clow temperature for hundreds of cycles, which can detect potential failure of electrode cracking, leakage, and swelling. This thermal shock test simulates harsh environmental applications to ensure the ultimate safety and reliability of the battery.
Short-circuit experiments
Short-circuit testing is the core part of the battery safety evaluation, which connects the positive and negative terminals directly. During this process, high burst current and heat may cause fire and explosion, which is the most common cause of disaster. Through our experiments, the battery can smoke and leak, but never catch fire or explode, which ensures safe application.


Cyclic Capacity Test
As a basic battery test, the cyclic capacity test is to evaluate the long-term performance and durability of the lithium batteries in capacity decay, comparing the capacity drops to 80% of their original capacity.Normally, our battery is very durable and maintains 500 cycles with 80% retention of original capacity.
