Designed for severe cold climates, our motorhome batteries integrate an intelligent low-temperature heating system, which will automatically start when the ambient temperature is below freezing. Through the temperature-sensitive heating film and BMS linkage control, the battery can heat the internal temperature to the safe charging threshold within a few minutes, and can achieve stable and safe charging even in extremely cold conditions of -20°C to -30°C, effectively reducing the battery performance degradation and use risks caused by low temperatures.

The battery supports flexible expansion in series and parallel, and can freely build a 12V to 48V voltage system according to the vehicle’s power consumption or endurance requirements. The capacity range can also be expanded from a single module to up to 800Ah. Yes. Our batteries adopt a modular design. 12V batteries support up to 4 strings (to form a 48V system) and can be expanded to 16 strings. The total capacity can theoretically exceed 10kWh. In actual projects, we will add balancing modules and bus management according to the configuration to ensure long-term safe operation of the system.
Usually, it can be directly replaced. We support customized shell size and terminal interface (such as M8 screw terminal, Anderson plug, etc.) to adapt to the original lead-acid battery slot. It is recommended to confirm whether your charger supports lithium battery voltage (14.2V~14.6V). If necessary, we also provide lithium battery dedicated chargers as an option.
Yes. The battery has a built-in intelligent low-temperature heating module. When the temperature is below 0℃, it automatically starts heating. When the temperature rises to the safe charging threshold, it starts charging again to avoid damage to the battery cell caused by low-temperature charging. It is suitable for use throughout the year in cold regions such as Northern Europe, Canada, and Inner Mongolia.
BMS has a temperature protection mechanism (such as stopping charging at 60℃ and stopping discharging at 70℃) to ensure safe use in summer or high-temperature environments in the south. It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight and closed high-temperature installation environments. Metal heat sinks or auxiliary fans are optional to further improve heat dissipation efficiency.
