High-density laminated battery cells are used, which have a higher energy density than traditional winding processes. For the same capacity, the battery size can be compressed to a smaller diameter and shorter length, freeing up cavity space.

This compact battery incorporates a high-rate discharge system, ensuring stable output power during startup. This effectively reduces the peak current generated by high-speed motors during device startup, thereby extending the overall service life of the machine.

Optimized internal structural distribution of the battery cell reduces heat generation within the same volume, enhancing thermal stability and adapting to enclosed cooling scenarios within waterproof enclosures.

By adopting a symmetrical terminal or multi-terminal layout, internal resistance between the terminals and current collectors is effectively reduced, minimizing thermal loss during energy transmission. This enhances the overall energy efficiency and discharge efficiency of the battery cell, meeting the continuous power supply requirements of high-performance electric toothbrushes.
Automatic Production Line for High-quality 18650 Toothbrush Batteries
A highly automatic production line is adopted in 18650 battery production. All batteries undergo 100% capacity sorting and internal resistance testing to ensure their actual capacity and internal resistance meet or exceed standard requirements. By using top-grade raw materials and an automated production line, these batteries achieve over 500 charge-discharge cycles and feature a low self-discharge rate, maintaining power during storage.
Applications of Toothbrush Battery
We can support a micro lithium battery structure with a minimum diameter of 6mm and a length of 20mm, which is suitable for ultra-compact electric toothbrushes and portable products.
We can provide a variety of customization options, such as size, voltage capacity, waterproof packaging structure, wire interface (plug/terminal), label identification, and protection circuit solution (such as PTC, NTC, BMS module), according to your structural and assembly requirements to ensure high compatibility with your entire system.
Conventional products can support 300~800 cycles at a 0.2 rate at room temperature, and the capacity retention rate is greater than 80%. If there is a higher life demand, an enhanced long-cycle life version can be provided.
We provide waterproof packaging process services, such as epoxy resin potting, heat shrink tube encapsulation, ultrasonic welding, etc., with a protection level of IPX7 or above. At the same time, we support the delivery of pre-assembled modules, including wires, temperature sensors, battery protection boards, and other components, which are convenient for customers to directly integrate.
Our products meet the RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS, and other certifications required for regular exports. If you need special certifications such as CE, UL, IEC62133, PSE, etc., we can also cooperate with you.
The low self-discharge formula design is adopted, and the self-discharge rate is ≤3%/month, ensuring that the battery can still start stably after long-term storage, and adapting to the use requirements of electric toothbrushes for low current and long-term power supply.
The corresponding protection board (PCM/BMS) can be configured according to customer needs, providing multiple safety protection mechanisms such as overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, temperature control, etc., to further improve the safety of use and battery life.
