Advantages of Calculators Battery

Our calculator batteries can be used stably in the range of -20°C to 65°C.Our wide temperature battery version can operate from -40°C to 125°C.

VTCBATT calculator battery has a very low self-discharge rate ≤ 1% per year at room temperature (~20–25 °C).Normally it has a very long shelf life. Ensures that you can maintain power even if you don’t use it for a long time.

Our lithium-ion calculator batteries can be recharged repeatedly for long-term use.
Normally it has 1000 times cycle life and use for 10 years of shelf life under normal charge&discharge conditions .

VTCBATT calculator batteries are IEC/UL strictly tested. Our battery adopts advanced laser seal welding or full metal sealing construction to provide any leak-proof and safety problem.

Long battery life ensures that you don’t need to change batteries frequently.

We support a variety of battery types such as button batteries, AAA batteries and lithium batteries.

Can be used for ordinary calculators, graphing calculators, scientific calculators, etc.

All calculator batteries do not contain chromium, lead or mercury and can be directly recycled with garbage.
Automatic Production Line for Calculator Batteries
The entire production line employs laser welding for the automatic sealing of metal shells and insulation of O-rings, which prevents leakage in the calculator’s circuit. The yield rate of this sealing process reaches 99.9%. It is conducted in a Class 1000 cleanroom to avoid dust contamination during sealing. Thanks to superior raw materials, the battery can ensure low power consumption and a long service life.
Charge regularly. If you have a rechargeable battery calculator, you should charge it regularly if you don’t use it for a long time to prevent the battery from over-discharging, which will cause the battery performance to deteriorate and reduce the battery life.
Pay attention to the storage environment. Humidity and high temperature environments will affect the structure of the calculator battery, and seriously cause leakage, so you should store the battery in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight.
Original charger. Using the original charger can extend the life of the calculator battery and its safety, and avoid shortening the life and heating of the battery caused by voltage mismatch.
Avoid overcharging and over-discharging. Do not let the calculator battery frequently be in a state of constant charging and depletion of power, both of which affect the battery cycle life.
Avoid punctures. Calculator batteries contain chemicals inside. If the battery is accidentally punctured or damaged, it may cause liquid leakage, explosion, and fire. Therefore, be careful to avoid such phenomena when handling batteries.
Keep away from direct sunlight. If the calculator battery is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, it will cause the battery to heat up, causing the battery to swell and burn.
Correct charger. Use the original charger to charge the battery to avoid voltage mismatch.
Dim screen. If the calculator display becomes dim or flickers occasionally, it means that the battery has deteriorated and needs to be replaced.
Slow response. If the calculator responds slowly or does not respond after pressing a key, it also means that the battery is low.
Installation error. If the positive and negative poles of the battery are installed incorrectly, the calculator will not turn on normally. You need to make sure that it is installed correctly.
Model mismatch. If the voltage and specifications of the calculator and battery do not match, the calculator cannot provide the power to work.
Battery problem. If the new battery is stored for too long, it will be exhausted and unable to provide stable power.
Calculator problem. If the previous confirmations cannot solve the problem of the calculator, then there may be a problem with the calculator’s own circuit.
Yes, because solar cells are very demanding and won’t work in low-light conditions. However, batteries can provide a stable power supply for a long time. Whether you’re indoors or outdoors, day or night, it can operate independently.
